Who are you?
I'm Richard Elmer, a Sarasota local (Elmer Studio LLC). I clean and repair self-cleaning litter boxes so you don't have to.
Where do you serve?
Anywhere within about 45 minutes' drive of east Sarasota (34241) — Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice, Osprey, Nokomis. Email me your area and I'll confirm.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 24 hours.
When do I pay?
Email me for a price and appointment; I'll confirm the total before the visit. Online booking and payment are coming soon.
What does a cleaning include?
Full disassembly, wash and dry of the globe/drum and drawer, sensor and seal cleaning, and fresh filter/liners for your model. Litter refill is not included — please have litter on hand.
What if my box needs parts?
After the 1-hour diagnosis I'll quote parts and any extra labour ($50/hr). You decide before anything is done.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — just email me at least 24 hours ahead for a free reschedule or full refund.
